“Crooked Hillary! They’re rapists… Deplorables… I’m tired of seeing an ape in heels!” How do the words we use demean, dehumanize, and oppress people viewed as the “other” and what can we, as people of faith, do about it? Come, ready to explore our own use of language and develop the tools to critique the language of oppression in society and places of worship.
